1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777m website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777m ("777m", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a 777m account you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of any corporate entity, trust or third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 777m account under any name, mobile number, email address or payment method.
• You are acting on your own account and depositing funds that are legally owned by you and not derived from any unlawful activity.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming services.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 777m services you must register a single personal account using accurate, current and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Registration requirements:

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for account recovery and verification.
• You must provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document. Nicknames or aliases are not acceptable.
• You must set a strong password of at least eight characters combining letters, numbers and symbols. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Registering more than one account per person, household or device is strictly prohibited and results in account closure without refund.

Account security responsibilities:

You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account. 777m will not be liable for loss arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

• You must notify 777m immediately via the official contact email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 777m will never ask for your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN or OTP via email, SMS or any other channel. Any such request is fraudulent — report it immediately.
• 777m reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777m Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. International credit or debit card payments are not accepted. 777m does not charge fees on local payment channels, though your mobile money provider may apply transfer fees.

Deposit conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are set within the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 777m wallet instantly. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• 777m may delay, suspend or reverse any deposit where there are grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account in your own name matching your verified KYC profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Requests submitted before KYC is complete will be queued pending identity confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed to your bKash or Nagad wallet within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only funds that have completed the rollover requirement are eligible.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

777m offers promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotion offers.

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed without replacement or compensation.
• 777m reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, modify its terms prospectively, and disqualify any player found abusing promotional mechanics, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Free spins awarded via a promotion are subject to a maximum winnings cap per promotion as stated in the applicable terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be forfeited.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not redeemable for cash until wagering requirements are met. 777m does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional offer at any given time , and offers may vary between players based on account activity and eligibility.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on 777m is governed by the rules of the individual game or market as displayed on the Platform. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific rules of that game or market take precedence.

Sports betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn after placement except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, 777m's decision on settlement is final.
• Maximum single bet and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market. 777m reserves the right to limit bet stakes or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion.

Casino and live casino:

• All casino games are provided by certified third-party game studios. Outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. 777m does not modify game outcomes and is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within a third-party game engine.
• In the event of disconnection during a live casino session or spinning slot game, the outcome is recorded by the server and settled accordingly. 777m is not liable for loss of winnings arising from a player's local internet disconnection.
• RTP percentages are determined by the individual game provider and displayed within the game information panel where that data is made available. 777m does not modify or influence game RTP.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777m Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person or using another person's identity, mobile number or payment method.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the Platform to launder money, or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping, match fixing or any coordinated play designed to exploit 777m's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, glitch or vulnerability in the Platform to gain credits, rewards or advantages not available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk hedging, or any conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

777m actively monitors all accounts using automated detection and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the affected account is immediately frozen pending investigation. No withdrawals are permitted during investigation. 777m's findings following investigation are final.

9. Responsible Gaming

777m is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players at any time through the account settings area to help maintain control over gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform ends the session automatically. A reminder notification can be configured to alert you before the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests to lift self-exclusion before the period expires will not be granted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777m Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and brand assets — is the intellectual property of 777m or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 777m.

The 777m name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trade marks of 777m. Unauthorised use of any 777m trade mark — including in any domain name, social media handle or promotional material purporting to represent 777m — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777m's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777m expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, howsoever caused.
• Any loss arising from a force majeure event including acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, pandemic, power outage, telecommunications failure or cyberattack beyond 777m's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings, game outcomes or session data arising from a player's local device failure, internet disconnection, browser incompatibility or user error.

12. Amendments and Governing Law

777m reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777m will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777m's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
